Smart Alarmy is designed as a utility tool to provide reliable alarm clock and time-management functionality entirely on your device.
Personal & Sensitive Data
I respect user privacy. Smart Alarmy does not collect, require, or transmit any sensitive or personally identifiable data (such as your name, account logins, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or financial details).
Information Collected Automatically via Third-Party Services (AdMob)
To keep this application free, Smart Alarmy features advertisements served by Google AdMob. To deliver, personalize, and secure these ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and processes certain limited technical data. This data is transmitted directly to Google and is not accessed or stored by me:
Device Identifiers: The Android Advertising ID (AAID) and app set ID.
Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device type, operating system version, mobile network information, app launch time, hang rates, and energy usage.
Product Interactions: User interactions with advertisements (taps, views, and app launches).
IP Address: Collected automatically by the SDK, which may be used to estimate the general, non-precise location of the device for relevant ad serving and fraud prevention.

Device Permissions Used Locally
To function effectively as a system alarm clock, Smart Alarmy requires specific device permissions. All processing of this data happens strictly locally on your physical device and is never shared or uploaded:
Alarms & Reminders: To schedule, update, and trigger your alarms accurately.
Audio & Volume Control: To play your selected alarm tones, handle fade-in features, and ensure the volume is loud enough to wake you.
Background Execution & Wake Lock: To ensure the application can wake the device and trigger the alarm precisely on time, even if the screen is locked, dark, or the app is closed.
Notifications: To display active snoozes, upcoming alarms, or persistent alerts in your system notification shade.
2. Share and Disclosure of Data
I do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data. Because all alarm configurations, timings, and ringtone choices remain strictly inside your device's native local storage, I possess no user data to share with third parties, law enforcement, or external networks.
Any automated data sharing is restricted entirely to the Google AdMob platform for the explicit purpose of ad delivery, fraud prevention, and performance diagnostics as described in Section 1.
3. Data Security and Encryption
The security of your data is paramount. Any data transmitted by the built-in third-party advertising SDK (AdMob) is strictly encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols. All local app settings on your phone are secured by your operating system’s native sandbox architecture.
4. Children's Privacy
Smart Alarmy does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact me. The application is structurally built to prevent the collection or manual entry of personal information.
